While doing some finishing touches to my Twilight: New Moon review, I got the chance to watch the trailer for Robert Pattinson's upcoming modern drama entitled Remember Me. The first thing I noticed - not the acting - but the music. I love it!
- - - 'I don't want to be bailed out of anything....' says Tyler Roth (Pattinson) filled with teen angst in response to his Dad (Pierce Brosnan). Sounds like a cliché, which it is really. 'I don't date Sociology majors...' says de Ravin during her first encounter with Pattinson. Not yet a cliché at this point and I love de Ravin! I think she's going to give viewers the best performance in this movie. The two young stars look good together and offers Rob's fans a 'breather' from his infamous Edward Cullen characterization.
Overall, it looks like a very promising film. The trailer provided viewers with more than enough dramatic and romantic scenes to whet their appetite. About the Movie: A drama centered on two lovers whose newfound relationship is threatened as they try to cope with their respective family tragedies. tMF recommends: Patti Heiser did a great job in updating fans and moviegoers via the Remember Me fansite. |
